All books can be autographed by Dr. Grace at your request. Please write your request in the "special instruction" box when ordering.

Can I request a catalog?

All of our items are currently listed on our website, we do not have a separate catalog. Any of Dr. Grace's books or CDs not found in GraceLivingstone.org on-line store is either sold out or out of print.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currenlty accept only the safe and secure payment through Paypal.

Can I order at anytime?

What are your shipping methods and guidelines?

GraceLivingstone.org ship through the United States Post Office (USPS), Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation Receipt, unless otherwise requested. Please allow the standard five to seven business days for delivery. Special rush delivery, overnight, or Two-Day Priority Service is available upon request for an additional cost. No orders are shipped C.O.D. GraceLivingstone.org cannot be held responsible for delivery when a complete and accurate address is not provided with your order. Therefore, please check the shipment addresses before you finish placing your order. Make sure it is a correct postal delivery address, including the appropriate suite or apartment number and zip code.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, but please check to make sure address, including zip code, is accurate and completed.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

The shipping arrangements on GraceLivingstone.org on-line store is programmed for the lower 48 states within the United States. However, shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, and other countries outside of the United States, is available for an additional cost. What is your cancellation Policy?

GraceLivingstone.org tries to ship out all orders within 24 hours, so often there is not time to cancel an order. However, special request for books to be personally autographed by Dr. Grace will sometimes take a few additional days to ship. If the situation arises, GraceLivingstone.org will try to accommodate your request to cancel an order within the first 24 hours. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.

What is your Return/Refunds Policy?

CDs and personally-autographed books are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged in shipment. Please contact info@GraceLivingstone.org within 24 hours of receipt. Un-autographed books, in purchased condition, are returnable within seven days after you've received them.

Will sales taxes be added to my purchase?

Because we are located in New York State, we shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State, and any other which may be stipulated by the IRS.
